naaptol worst buying experience:
9.5.11 - order placed for car stereo+ 2 speakers+2 tweeters+4gb pendrive+free car scratch remover pen.
10.5.11-naaptol confirms order by no.1742922, shipped by aramex awb no.6235212200
12.5.11-complaint regd with naaptol no.660815 with complaint that naaptol is sending defective items, requested to send good item.
13.5.11-following items received by me and paid rs.2300/- to courier man of aramex.
Received car stereo+ 2 speakers+ 2 tweeters+ 4gb pen drive
Not received free car scratch remover pen.
defects observed on receipt of the items:
Car stereo- left side wiring is defective and lot of noise disturbance, panel keys are non functional. Poor fm reception. No provision for antenna.
Tweeters are not working.
Speakers are pressed and out of shape.
only item which is good is the 4gb pen drive.
my impression:
I request naaptol to replace the entire set immediately with good car stereo or refund me rs.1999/-(300 paid for shipping)
