1) if you are looking a monitor for gaming purpose then you have to select a monitor that matches with your graphics card like G-synk for Nvidia or Free-synk for AMD.
2) There are lots of monitors available in super wide screen so get the largest monitor as you can.
3) If your budget for buying a monitor is good enough then try to go for a 4k resolution monitor for future ready.
4) Choose a monitor which is having a touch screen if you gonna work sitting close to the screen so its very easy to operate it.
5) make sure that the monitor should have a stand to adjust the height to make your work comfertable for long time of use.
6) If you are looking out for a good looking monitor and futurastic then go with a slim bezel display, it looks so attractive.
7) Now you can choose monitors with flat or curved display. My openion is go for a curved one, coz that will give you a widescreen without adjusting yourself.
