I am using the SBI saving a personal account from past 13 years. Everybody goes with SBI backup due to its public and linked with Reserve bank.
When I opened the account there was no limited set of the account should hold. Later it was 1000 rupees. which was adorable by all common people.
When demolishing was going on in our country in 2016. Govt asked every small wages person to open an account from poor to poorest. Then there were no charges applied from govt.
Many people went with SBI as this bank have a good access in every corner of remote villages. After this changes don’t.
The next ruled was to set up limit for rural was 3000k and urban 5000. This was very bad trick ran over poor people. All the urban people are not rich many works for daily wages around 1200 or less . Where would they afford of 5000 for the only reason they live in the urban city to fill they daily wages to fill they stomach from hunger.
This is really cruel
Next coming to rural places, where many are unemployed and farmers ignoring business people. How can farmer and other daily wages people in Village hardly earn 300 rupees per day?
From where they would get money to keep 3000k.
If this rule is not met monthly charges 80 rupees per month. From where the hell these poor people will go get the money 5000k and 3000k and pay 80 interest for not having min amount on.
Govt should protect especially people. not harsing like this. This Govt is going beyond the reach of normal people.
I am not sure where govt is helping poor and middle class people or exploiting us.
till date it was 235 cr where is this money is going to go. All the money is the blood of poor daily wages people.
