Tips on Dealing with Sinus

When I get the sinus it pains neck and hears.

While eating anything at pains and irritation

And head becomes hot .Eyes swells.

As per my experince.

Side effect of sinus are: -

-Forehead warm.

• Upper jaws and teeth pain. ( sometimes)

• Area around eyes swells

• And last Main Issue Neck , Hear and top of the head

Solution at home-

• Drink more water as u can. ( it will pain)

• add hot spice in your food like Mustard , hot peppers and Curry ( this will open ur nasal passage mean ur neck )

• and last go to doctor.
