Hey guys, all of you may already know that eye is one of the most important organ of the human body. It is the eye, that helps us to see all the objects and other things around us.
But, nowadays many people seem to be suffering from several eye problems such far sightedness and short sightedness, etc. I am too suffering from far sightedness. It is not from a long time, maybe 2-3 months back.
When I consulted the doctor, she gave me some simple tips:
Never ever study or read in a dim light: I was in 10th class and my board exams were on my head, so I used to worked hard at night without disturbing anyone using a really dim light. This effected my eyes because if we use bright light, then the light rays will be distributed in the whole room, but if we use dim light, then the light rays will be concentrated on our eyes, which can damage it badly.
Using mobile phone when the lights are off: Some people have the bad habit of using mobile phones before getting to bed in the dark. But, this also could damage our eyes as the whole light rays will be concentrated on our eyes. So, we Could just use it in the bright light.
Eating healthy food: Nowadays, no one are eating healthy foods, everyone are interested in junk food and street food. Maintaining a healthy diet is also important for our eyes. Carrot is one good source for your eye care, rather than this you may need to consume healthy and fresh fruits and vegetables. You can have the greeny spinach, which is also really good for your eyes. Taking eggs and fishes also helps a lot.
Protecting eyes from sunlight: I use dark brown shades, whenever I travel anywhere in sunlight to protect my eyes from the bright rays of sunlight that can surely damage our eyes. So, you can do the same by not exposing your eyes to sunlight, you can surely protect your eyes. You can also use U. V protective sunglasses for the better protection of your eyes from sunlight.
Wear anti-reflection glasses: When ever we use computers and mobile phones, we are too focused that we forget to even blink our eyes sometimes. So, to protect ourselves from the harmful rays of computers and mobile phones, you can just have an anti - reflection glasses that reflects back the days coming from computers and mobile phones.
Blinking eye more certainly: One of the major aspects of eye problem is that, some people dont blink their eyes more certainty that can cause severe problems to the eye. So, it would be better is we blink our eyes again and again.
Cleaning our eyes: This is also one important thing to keep our eyes healthy. Cleaning our eyes frequently helps it to stay fresh and healthy. Because of all the pollution and dusts around us, we may need to clean it again and again. Specially before sleeping, at night time.
