Our eyes are our windows to the world.Because we have eyes we are able to differentiate day and night, colours, beautiful flowers and our surroundings.So as all others parts of the body eyes must be looked after very well and should be taken care of.We must avoid reading under dim light.We should splash our eyes with cold water every morning and then in evening also. Dont work too long with your computer it gives stress to your eyes.You should adjust your smart phones brightness because too much light damage your eyes specially at night.All these things should be kept in mind to have healthier eyes.
