Eyes are biggest gift we got from god. As a gift we got eyes hence no one care about it. Think about those who dont have eyes or just for few minutes just close your eyes and think the your life without this eyes. Now you will get importance of your eyes. Right! 1) Eat Healthy for your eyes - Vitamin c, vitamin e, Omega-3, Fatty acid plays very important role for your eyes. All this nutrients are too much important to keep your eyes fit and strong. Lol!
So take food which are full of this nutrients like eat Leafy vegetables, eat salmon, tuna, eggs, beans, nuts are also important for your eyes. So include this food in your meal by planning weekly. So your eyes will get required nutrients.
2) Sit little bit far from computer screen - Dont sit too much close to your computer screen. also dont look continuously at the screen. after 10-20 seconds look behind your computer screen. The same applies for tv and mobile too. Dont use this gadgets continuously. Also you can use sunglasses while using this gadgets.
3) Use Sunglasses while driving - Always use sunglasses while driving. This will prevent the dust from going into your eyes. Also it will guard your eyes from wind while you are on bike.
4) Clean ayes with fresh water - Always clean your eyes with fresh water when you come from outside.
5) Avoid smoking -If you are a smoker then it is very bad not only for your eyes but also for your health. So avoid smoking and keep your eyes healthy.
6) Yoga and pranayama - Do regularly yogas and pranayamas it will benefit you in many ways. In Yogas you can do shirshasan, Shirshasan is very effective for your eyes. If you keep doing regularly shirshasan it will improve your sight also. Really Shirshasana is very effective for your eyes. Also you can do Ugrasan, Suryanamaskar, Halsan, Sarvangasan also very beneficial for your eyes. In pranayamas do regularly Kapalbhati, Anulom-Vilom Its enough to keep yourself healthy.
