What if companies do not think consumer is king?
Lets unite and make sure the consumer becomes the king.
Do not sit quiet, raise your voice against the nuisance.
I feel one should move to consumer court in case complaints to the companies are ignored.
Do following things
Write to all newspapers, fax your complaints, send emails (it works)
Find the organisation who controls or governs the company you are complaining against
(Ex: in case of university, UGC)
While complaining about some one complain to the highest authority
Believe me it works atleast it did in my case. Only if we use our rights as a consumer companies will listen to us.
