I already complained about my HDD, but till now there is no explanation from the Toshiba company. This is how they treat the customers. Once the product is given to the customer, their work is finished, I think. They wont worry about customer satisfaction at all.
This is the WORST company in the world when it comes to customer satisfaction.
I request all my friends please don’t buy any product from Toshiba
