Best Tips to get rid of pimples

Everyone faces the problem of pimples at some stage of life. Though it is very common in young boys and girls who are growing up, pimples can trigger other age groups too. If pimples don’t go away, it may really stress you out as it affects your looks. For that matter, you start using so many different creams, soaps, face wash, whatever is promising in advertisements or your friends advice you. Using these many different options doesn’t cure the root cause of pimples, but it harms your skin more and more.


So, first you need to find out what is causing pimple or acne in your skin. Probable reasons are hormone changes, some food habit, too much exposure to  dust or sun, hair dandruff, or may be stress. It is important to understand that once you try all that you can and if you don’t get free of pimples, you need to consult a skin specialist. But before that these are some of the tips for you to cure pimples yourself:




  1. Increase your water intake. Make sure that you drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Water not only purifies your blood, it will provide natural instant radiance. If your skin is too oily, water will help you neutralize it.




  2. Check if you have hair dandruff. It is common that if dandruff is on your face, it may cause acne. So, if you have dandruff hair, use a good anti dandruff shampoo or get advice from a hair expert.




  3. Try applying Aloe Vera Gel on the effected area. Aloe Vera gel is a natural gel that really has brilliant effect on skin and it helps remove pimples. So, you must use Aloe Vera gel. Massage effect area at least thrice a day, keep it on for 10-15 minutes and wash. Make sure when you are applying anything on pimples, be gentle so that you don’t scratch the acne.




  4. See if you have got pimples after using a new face or skin product. If that’s true, stop using the product and see if you get any relief. Do not overuse cosmetic products.




  5. Sometimes, eating too much spicy food also triggers pimples. So, try eating mild spicy food and see the difference. Increase fresh fruits and vegetables intake.




  6. If by any chance you are stressed out, then you need to relax. Do yoga or meditation and see the change.




  7. If you think your skin is exposed too much to sun or dust, keep your face clean. Wash frequently and use appropriate face wash as per your skin type.






You can also use some home remedies to cure pimples, for example, Neem Leaves paste, Tomato juice, and Apple Cidar Vinegar are known to help cure acne. You can try these.


Last but not the least, keep your skin appropriately moisturized. Do not let the skin dry. Avoid touching your face, chin, or cheek. Keep hands off face.
