An interview is an assessment of individual’s capability &  strength  , suitable for the post  in requirement.It is one of the most  intense &dynamic communication.A compulsory situation, that every one gets encounterd in their career.


¦Foremost thing is you ought to get prepare yourself mentally adequate, to get SUCCEEDED at the interview.


¦Go on a self analysis, about your caliber, strength, & weaknesses.


¦Get known about the knowledge & the skills you possess to face the interview.


¦Find out on how relevant your competence is to the job you’re seeking, & how you would use it for offering the demanded duties.


¦Get fully aquainted with the information related to the organisation: its function, history, foundation, owners, developmental plans.


¦Then visualise yourself how you would offer your services in its growth & development.


¦Fully educate yourself about the field in which you’re going to get hired.


¦Now imagine the kind of questions to be asked & their appropriate answers.


¦Go on a survey(if possible) & communicate with the company employees & know its work, environment, culture, professional ethics, promotional chances, growth directions, prompt salaries, & bonuses.


¦If the company is a reputed one, get the information from the published sources like news papers, magazines & journals.


¦At the time of interview, be brief & spontaneous in answers.
