Title reflects your review and sometimes it also gives an idea about the product. Most of the reader reads the review either by seeing the star symbol or by seeing any attractive title. So, if you are not a star writer it’s more important that you give a catchy title to attract more readers to your reviews. When I was browsing through MS to search some attractive titles I found this one, “Star writer marries Sania Mirza . Shocking”. It’s a review written by Mohan(mohan3978) on the same topic I’m writing on. Another interesting title I found on same topic was “Conquer the Untitled Territory” by **juggernaut.

When I read the review from Shanti I thought it could be a nice subject to write upon and also I would be able to recall my memories on MS through it.

*Early Days on MS

Oct 01, 2004 I joined MS and Oct 05, 2004 I read a review titled “scent of a woman*”. The review was written on a movie and the title only conveyed the mood of the writer. The movie was “murder” and of course the writer had recommended it to watch with four stars. Now you are guessing who was the writer? Okey, let me leave it up to you. You guess it and let me know. I would just like to say that the writer is one of the most powerful and popular writer on MS.

Nov 03, 2004 a review came on Titanic and the title was “She sank.”. It was written by a great writer of that time and a Big B figure for me. Unfortunately he is not active on MS these days. I hope to see Jai back on the MS.

*Titles in their own way

*Ketul_shah’s title “from where India starts” truly depicts the product “Kanyakumari”. The title itself says a lot about the product. You may say that it’s a summary of the review and definition of the product.

Movie master prasidddha gives interesting names to his movie reviews. The one liner title itself is a review for the movie and you can imagine what he is going to say in the review. For example he gave “India’s first super hero” title for “Krrish”. But unfortunately he is also not writing these days. Singdha(snigdhandream) also gives title as the summary of the review like for “five point someone” she gave title as “A small ride into the wonderland called IIT”.

Ekta’s(ekta_unity) titles are very much similar to the product and most of the time you can judge the product by her title itself. For example, “Sangam”, “Kajol – the best”, “Piya Basanti Ree” and so on.

Mayank’s(matwalaboy) title was always interesting. I guess he loves his id and that’s why he used to give titles embedded with his id. “Matwala’s Black List”, “Matwala’s Merit List”, “Matwale Romantic Funde” are some of the examples of this ID love. I would love to see him back on MS.

*Titles and reviews for me

I generally give titles in Hindi especially any song or some quotation. I also try to relate these titles to the product and also to my review. Shanti talked about my title “Everything I do I do it for you”. I took this title from the famous song of Bryan Adams. For movie “Tum Bin” I gave title as “tears are the words heart can’t speak”. It’s a quotation and reflects the theme of the movie. For movie “Socha na tha” my title was “ek chhoti si love story*” which was again the theme of the movie. A sweet and innocent love story should be presented with a sweet title.

I enjoy reading reviews and titles of current start writers like Jaideep, Megha, Vinayak, Abha, Itika, Daya Sir, Shyam, Adi, MS, Lyla and many others. I also love to read the titles and reviews of some writers which are star for me but not there in the list like Sujata, Rohit, Gurpreet, Anuj, Nik and few others.

*Forgotten stars

*Some writers have written great reviews on MS but unfortunately they are not active here. I would recall the memory and I would like to request all of them to come back on MS so that we could see many more great reviews here. I have mentioned below some of those great writers.

Jai(jai_coer), Mayank(matwalaboy), Himanshu(madsadman), Teny(diver), Milind(mnc123), Ashi(darethisdevil), Chandra(chand_tare), Anusha(krazy4sonu), Pras(Ctisize), Anton(sourray), Ashi(apsara419), Aroo(Arundhati90), Mukul(modernmukul), Ankita(starpluswatcher04), Mrs Medha(eagle_eye), Sachein(sachien), Munir(parikhmunir), Ali(coolcritic007).

If you wish to read some great write ups then you can definitely go and read their reviews.

I tried to recall my memories of MS through this review hope you liked it.
