Diet for lean muscle grow

Is you wanna grow lean muscle without gaining fat then you are on right place


After getting up from your bed have a lemon tea


In breakfast have oats in whey protien


In brunch have lots and lots of fruits


In lunch have ommlett of 6 white eggs only


Then if you do workout in evening have 3 whole eggs before workout and then hit your gym


After gym have your protien shake and 1 banana


In dinner have green vegetables and one chapati only


Before bed have one glass of milk and almonds and 2 boild eggs
