I am going to share some tips on healthy balance diet. eating the right amount of food and range of food. and we have to take tomato based sauces and lots of green veg high in fibre avoid cremy and deep fried food and have a cup of yogurt with meals it has zero carbs, sugar and fat and ear brown breat instead of white bread. and dont take pakodas instead take baked chivda and poha. and pulses its consists of minerals, protine and fiber pulses are very helpful and effective for weight loss once you include in your daily diet the extra kilos almost never come back and in fruits choose oranges and apples full of fibre and keep digestive system proper. so with these diet be healthy and fit.and advice to others.
