In our busy life, we all forgot about staying healthy. I work for software industry which has pressure, pleasure and the mixture of all feelings. We tend to work for long hours without breaks which leads to unhealthy life style. Most of the professionals have belly, bald head, etc. I am following some of the below steps to be fit like a fiddle.
Morning:
Wake up early morning at 6.30 am and have 2 glass of water followed by 1 tea spoon honey in half glass of hot water.
Walk at least 1 to 2 kms or 30 mins minimum.
Do warm up exercises for 10 mins. If you have belly then lay down and do the head up to the knees and bend back 10 times(you can gradually increase by multiples of 5).
Try to have your breakfast before 9 am. Have good breakfast. "You should eat like a king for breakfast".
Afternoon:
Have fruit salads at 11.30 - 12 pm. Apple, pomegranate, cucumber, carrot will be a good mixture.
Try to have your lunch before 1.30 pm. Eat chappatis with little rice with vegetables.
Evening:
You can have tea or coffee at 4 pm.
Have juice at 6 pm.(pineapple will reduce the fat, chikku date juices give iron, grape and orange are good for your skin and helps to stay young.
Night:
Try to have your dinner before 8.30 pm. Eat light food like chappatis.
Have a banana and 1 glass of milk for good sleep.
Go to bed early before 10 pm.
I have been following these steps and I have reduced 3 kilos in 2 months and my belly measurement reduced from 38" to 36.5". So, you can follow the above steps if you are really interested.
