Meal for a school going child

SCHOOL CHILD MEAL.


(7-9 age children meal)


A school going child need 1950 calories, 41 gram protein, 400mg calcium, 26mg iron, 600-2400 vitamin A ratinol, vitamin C 40mg need in daily life.


(10-12 age boy meal)


Calories 2190, 54 gram protein, 600mg calcium, 34mg iron, 600-2400gram vitamin A,   40mg vitamin C, need in daily life.


(10-12 age girls meal)


1970 calories, 57gram protein, 600mg calcium, 29mg iron 600-2400 vitamin A, 40mg vitamin C, need in daily life .


BREAKFAST =) the breakfast of a child is limited and well balanced ! The breakfast of the child is not to heavy that after the child eat his meal he will not fill lazy


PACKED LUNCH FOR SCHOOL=) for a school going child the role of tiffin is too important ! To make the tiffin well rich with nutrients the best meal is vegetable sandwich , paranthe, spinach and potato rich cutlet , egg bun, that your child like u can send in school.


LUNCH AND DINNER =) this diet of food is full balanced with nutrients. In comparison to breakfast and lunch we can serve more amount of vegetables in dinner.so that your child can comfortably eat.


EVENING TEA=) we can serve some snacks inthe evening tea time like biscuits and cake


On the basis of these you can give nutritions rich diet to over child.
