Balanced diet- key of healthy

Balanced diet is the supliment of all nutrient that is required for our body to do proper functioning. It contains protein, vitamins, carbohydrates, fat etc to build our body and make body healthy.


Once I read in a magzaine that the people in india cannot get average amount of calorie than that of foreign country. Its might be true because our people cannot get balanced diet. Balanced diet make our body grow with respect to age.


There are various typea of diseases caused by lack of balanced diet. Even our body become weaker when we are suffering from the casual fever. These all are lack of balanced diet.


To live a healthy life our diet must be balanced that include variety of foods rich in protein, vitamins, fats, carbohydrats etc like breads, rice, milk, fish, egg, green vegetables etc
