Always go for walking and jagging in the daily morning. So that it will be a great exercise for legs.
For having good Body, it all depends open the diet. There should have balance diet
Eat fruits in the every morning as breakfast so That it will very helpfull.
You should eat food time to time and properly every day.
Exercises must be guinine, wrong exercise can affect you very much and your body.
Most important thing go there for exercise where have good climate and fresh air.
7.Set a goal that you have to go there by runand there do your all exercises.
Try this exercise “ bend your body by touching the ground by your fingers or touch your toe.
Try to touch your back by your legs in running position at one place.
Do according to your capacity donot try to over workout and copy anyone.
