If you have planned your goal, now you have achieved some of your health related goals. All you need to focus on staying in shape and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. today Im sharing my fitness tips to be healthy and fit. It is not so easy for a person to switch itself to a new and health life style, because when I started it was tough for me to maintain such routine but I stayed motivated and continued a healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle means you have to shift your normal lifestyle to a healthy way like eat healthy, excercise. Many people have difficultly to maintain these routine for longer-term. it can make you tired and bored with this lifestyle you are following. There are lots of ways that you can stay motivated and keep maintaining your lifestyle.
1.make a plan to stay healthy and fit.like consultant with doctor or dietitian nutritionist. Tell him what you have done for your goal and take doctors advice in case of diets and excercise.
2.please give a reason to your fitness goal. Why you doing this. For me in was a skinny guy I turned into fitness because of it. I wanted to change my body. So what is your reason? Is it to loose weight or to gain set it.
3.write a full meal plan. Meals plan is grate when youre on healthy lifestyle. Make sure what youre eating is healthy
4.design your excercise plan. Yes you cant be healthy with just eating healthy food you have to exercise too to utilise your diets. Start up from running in morning, you can join gym also. It is the best way.
- Skip eating junk foods which contains more amount of fats which is bad for you. If youre following a healthy lifestyle.
Drink sufficient amount of water every day.
Sleep at right time.
