Today, even though the world is going towards being fit and healthy a lot of us do not realise that we are so obsessed with losing weight than being healthy.
If we target being healthh, the fat will go away automatically
What I personally do for a healthy lifestyle is:
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Drink water before meals but NEVER after meals as it slows down the system and doesnt allow your body to absorb all the nutrients
-soak a mix of nuts and seeds overnight and eat it the first thing in the morning following a glass of hot water.
-have a fruit post the seeds and nuts. After which keep a gap of half an hour for breakfast
-ensure you have a handful of raw veggies which could be carrot, cucumber
A wholesome meal contains seeds , nuts, veggies, fruits.
Also ensure that earting a piece of cake here and there is completely okay provided you have it without any regret and guilt. Its important to realise that what we think is how we feel and thats what reflects in our lives.
If we learn to be at par with our thoughts and think only positive thoughts and be happy, we will lead much healthier lives!
