I am going to discuss about okra which is also known as lady finger and also known as bhindi and this lady fingers are having different health benefits like it controls hunger and diabetes it also lower the cholesterol and also prevents the cardiovascular disease and removes fatty lady finger also helps in digestive system and improves eyesight
