Health is wealth!!

Being healthy should be the the moto of every individual.


Staying in sound health is important as it can affect your daily activities, you can lead a happier and stress free life.


Poor health directly affects our work, our efficiency to do that work, our concentration and indirectly affects our over all performance let it be in studies for students or in completing work in office!


So, what do you need to do to stay healthy?


1) You gotta eat right. Do not over eat or do not under eat. It is always advisible to eat small quantities every 2hrs than eat lots of food 3times a day.


Balance your diet with good amouts protiens, carbs and fats!


2) Hit the gym-if you are going.go but the gym, build up your body but do it the right way!


3) yoga has proven to be the best to keep yourself health and fit.


You can also practise mediation to free your mind and maintain good mental health.


4) Get regular check up of your blood sugar levels and the blood pressure( BP) .
