Today Im going to share some tips on weight loss that I have personally used, and using at present for reducing my weight.
When I started with these methods for my weight loss my initial weight that I had recorded was 96 kgs. My reason for increase in weight was not due to excessive eating habits, cravings or an unhealthy diet. But, it was because of intake of some antibiotics and hardcore English medicines that I took for faster recovery of my hip bone fracture. It led me to become fat and obese ( grade 3) . I had a BIG belly and looked ugly. The doctor had diagnosed me as pre-diabetic. And on applying the methods that I am going to share with you, helped me in reducing 16 kgs of fat from my body and now my weight is 80kgs.
Im not done here because according to BMI my weight should be around 70 kgs to be healthy. So, Im in the process now. I thought to share my tips with you so that you can also get well. I believe that if I can do it, so can you. So, here are the tips:
Start drinking 14-16 glasses of water on a daily basis. It helps in flushing out the toxins from your body especially the bad fats.
Drink a mixture of lemon and honey in lukewarm water early morning empty stomach ( at the time of wake up) .
Eat high protein diet and include intake of complex carbs ( foods high in fibre)
Have only one meal in a day that is the breakfast. Replace your afternoon meal with a protein shake. I used Herbalife shake and its the best in market. I am saying it after trying 10 different protein shakes.Replace your dinner with a healthy oats smoothie ( find recipes on YouTube) or any fruit juice. No artificial juices please.
Drink green tea or green coffee. Do not add any sugar and avoid natural sweetners and sugar free products ( Have at least 4-5 cups in a day) . You can add honey or jaggery instead of it.
Get rid of junk foods, fried foods and foods from hotels/restaurants as they use a lot of oils. These oils have unhealthy fats and saturated fats in them
Use pure coconut oil in preparing your food at home since they have healthy fats in them and it replaces the bad fats promoting weight loss.
Exercise daily or at least 4 days in a week for 20-30 minutes. The workout you do should result in sweating. Or else you can simply walk daily ( fast/brisk walking compulsory) for 1 hour ( Stop counting the kilometers) .
Take good sleep for around 7-8 hours or minimum of 6 hours. This is compulsory for adults. Sleep helps you live longer and boost your memory and such a good sleep improves your metabolism ( the rate by which your body burns fat/calories) .
Eat fat burning foods. ( Watch useful videos on YouTube for the same. Suggested channels are Fit Tuber, Gravity Transformation, search videos by dietician Manju Malik, Bright Side)
Follow a keto diet if you want more effective results and burn belly fat.
Eat nutrition rich foods and nuts. Your body needs more nutrition than fats and carbs. Healthy fats fall in nutrition category.
People who workout less may prefer soy protein and whey protein isolate in equal ratio whereas people doing more workouts like the gym people, you may have more amount of whey protein than soy protein. Whey protein helps in faster muscle building. The more muscle you build the more fat you reduce.
