Lose weight in 4 weeks

Nowadays, the people working without wasting a bit of time which cause bad effect on their health and fitness. They eat fast food and junk food which grows their belly fat and causes some health issues.


They waste lot of money in gym and if they left the gym they will regain their fat.


There are many child who is suffering from obesity. Is is caused due eating of junk food, fast food which causes fat. They doesn’t do any exercises. Once a day I asked them and most of them reply the fat causes due to everyday  sitting for studies, tuitions, school. Even they don’t get any time to exercise.


There are some tips which helps you to lose your weight:




  1. Eat more fibre: The best way to reduce calorie intake is by incorporating more fibre into your diet about 30 grams per day.




  2. Reduce the intake of carbohydrates: Because it has 4 calorie in each gram.




  3. Eat healthier fats: You need to make sure that the fats are good for your health.




  4. Incorporate  a workout regimen into your schedule: The best way is skipping which helps lose weight easily




  5. Cut out empty calories: It means that don’t intake of sugar which can regain your weight




  6. Choose better snacks: Such as oat meal 7. Get rid of junk It regain fat amount




  7. Eat smaller portions: If you can’t resist junk then take an small amount in an month




  8. Drink more water: It helps you to eat less




  9. Don’t give up: Don’t break your diet if you do then you can’t lose weight






I had personally used the above tips which actually helps me to lose upto 4-5 Kgs in a month and last thing is that you need to exercise more as you getting a thin belly.
