Hey guys, this is vishal and I am here to share some tips on health and fitness which I follow in my daily life.


Being healthy is very important, not just from outside, we have to be healthy from inside as well. Healthy lifestyle is not about going to gym and fitness centres and workout hard, real meaning of healthy means you have to be strong from inside.


Follow thses tips given below to live a healthy life.


1) to look fit and healthy, you need to eat good to be good. Avoid junk foods , oily foods, extra sugary sweets and all the stuff which having bad fats.


2) To be healthy from inside and outside, you have to change your bad habits. Eat good food and eat only for live not for fulfill your mind.


3 ) If you can not go to gym or you dont have time for workouts in your daily life then make some little changes in your daily life like using stairs except of using lifts but here some people will say that they live on 15th floor or even more than that then how can we use stairs? Then for them my answer is, you dont have to use stairs to the higher floors but you can use stairs till 2nd or 3rd floor then you can use lifts to go more up.


Just like that you can use your legs except your bike or car to go near around places.


3) avoid bad postures in regular life while sitting or standing. Your back should be straight always while sitting or walking.


4) take a good sleep daily. At least you have to sleep 6 to 8 hours at night to relax your body and mind to be healthy and fit.


Early to bed early to rise.


5) you already know that our body is made up of most of the water so drink enough water to be make body hydrated all the time. In general study an avarage male needs 3 to 4 litres of water everyday.


6) be consistent to your good habits and dont change your all habits rapidly, it can be a risk that you relapse your old bad habits.


So thats simple tips to be an active healthy and fit human being.
