Health is wealth. A healthy person will always achive sucess. Health is an important factor afterall we all want to be healthy and fit.
Everyone should have proper diet , like fruits vegetables proper vitamins minerals etc.
we should have 6- 8 glass of water daily.
we should properly washed our hands before having food.
one should go on morning walk or evening walk and include some excersises there.
Have any 1 fruit daily but if u take apple , orange etc. it will be more benificial to you.
After morning walk or exsercise you can take milk and banana but without sugar.
sugar is so dangerous to our body so intake the least amount of it.
Take some sprouts daily.
Eat your breakfast like a prince, Lunch like a king and dinner like a beggar.
