Hey Everyone im writing a review on health & fitness. First we should know that what is health for you? Health is the satisfaction & stay fit with our mind & physics also. Once you start gym or yoga it makes you healthier than others. From 6 months im doing gym near my house called as rex gym to stay fit. I work 1 hour to muscular body. & takes some protien shakes.Ill advice all of you to do yoga or gym for stay fit in life.If you like my opinion like & comment belowThankyou.
