Today I m given u tips about health and fitness I m a basketball player


dear friends if u improve ur fittness and being healthy then u will write ur time table


1 getting up early in the morning and doing a excercise 1 hours or yoga 30 mint


2 forget all fast foods it incresed ur fat


3 in the morning u will eat healty breakfast eating green vegetables most


4forget all tension


5 forget all drinking and smoking


6 eat that thing who will increase ur blood circulation and blood circulation will working good


7 eating the protein increased things like milk, eggs, vegetables
