May this help you if you are planning interior/wood work for your home/office. We recently bought an apartment and for that we had given the interior work to one person called "D.Nelson", who is proprietor of Joha Interiors. Myself and another 4 were given the work to him and paid 8L advance by Jan 2014 - Mar2014 . Unfortunately he didn’t done any work and he didn’t turned up for the work also. He was saying he will start the work, but never happened. After a lot of failed follow up with him, we have done the work with other interior person for move-in to our new apartment.
Then while we asked him to return our money and he was given a lot of failed commitment for returning the money. Never returned the money(till now). He is simply fooling us by saying some date.
Meanwhile we put some time to find out if any other people like us, then we came to know a very critical info that he is doing this kind of cheating to so many people and for long time. In our current knowledge, he is cheated 5 other people also.And he took around 13L rupees from those people and he didn’t turn up for the work. Among them 3 people given the work and advance of 9L on last august’13 and behind him for getting the money. Nothing happened till this time, means he didn’t pay back the advance taken.
One another person paid around 1.8L and he couldn’t manage the work by another vendor, finally he shifted to new home where no interior done.
He always tells that
1) he don’t care the police complaint or legal actions.
2) his advocate will handle
3) his company advocate will talk to us
4) Will give money back after getting work/advance from new customers(victims)
He is mainly targeting IT people like us and grabbing money as advance and surely cheat by not doing the work. Our hard earned money is struck with him.

One more info from web-search is that he was running another firm called Shalom and did the same kind of cheating in that name. We are unlucky that while giving the work order we searched reviews on "Joha Interiors", his firm name and didn’t done with his name. So we fallen in this trap.
Beware him if he approached any of you for carpentry/ wood work. He will talk very nicely and will grab all hard earned money.
