Sinple Techniques To Control Anger.

Hey guys are you a angry person? Anything which you dont like cause you anger? If your answer is yes then I am going to share with you some simple techniques in order to control your anger.


Look friends anger is not a problem but what happens due to anger is main problem. If we get angry at wrong person at wrong situation then it is very a big problem. If we get angry at our children then it is not a problem but if we get angry at our boss then it creates a big problem, so we must have to learn technique to control anger in order to live your life fully. Use following tips in order to control your anger.


1) When someone speaks you something which you dont like then dont give him immediate responce. Take a gap between your reaction.


2) Take few seconds gap then kindly reply him.


3) If you take a gap then in few seconds your anger will disappears. So it is very important to create a gap to react to anyone.


4) For creating a gap you can use the technique of remembering reverse numbers like 100, 99, 98, 97, .1 like this.


5) No come to eating habits. Develop a good eating habits. Dont eat too much spicy foods. It causes you anger.


6) Always be stress-free. Sometimes due to stress you probably get angry at your wife or children. So learn some Yoga, and exercises in order to make yourself stress-free.


7) Yoga and Pranayama - Yoga plays very important role at your mind level. It help you to be stress-free. So build a habit of daily doing yoga. Also pranayama is too much beneficial to keep your mind calm and happy.


8) Meditation - Meditation also helps you to control anger. It will make you a silent and calm person, which is very important to control your anger.


Friends all the techniques which I shared with you is just not help you to control anger but it will help you in many ways. Thanks!
