Before writing tips about how to keep anger in control .i would like to speak why do we even anger ?
Maybe most of the time when we are wrong nd cant take it in our head or our jealousy or our assumption or our emotions lead to Anger ?
Today I am going to share some tips how to get control over our so called Anger .
- Anylising why we get angry , the reasons behind it.wen we are right then there never comes the anger.and when we are wrong.we dont have the right to become angry .

3.Mastering our mind mainly over anger Nd being smart to analyse it and to overcome it . We get to control it .
4.what exactly happens to us when we get angry .in simple nothing ! Rather than harm of oneself !
5.after our anger gone , we almost everyone realise our mistakes and the words let out from our mouth . which we cant take it back .

we should think before what we say , And being smart can take away all our anger !
