Hi friends I know that few members are very angry with the out come of KABHI ALVIDA NA KEHNA after seeing the much awaited movie of the year in the theater by spending Rs. 100 to 150 on it, which is produced and directed by Karan Johar, and some members are happy with this bold movie, but are angry with members who has given them negative ratings for their reviews. I can sense that, and you’ll must have seen it yourself after going through some of their comments regarding the movie.
But I found one thing in common between both the reviewers and that was ANGER.
My friend what is Anger? Though I am not Psychologist, but I would like to describe it with an examples and would give some tips on curbing it. Hope you’ll love it.
To me anger is an emotional state, which erupts when you are hurt by some one physically, mentally and emotionally in other words can be caused externally and internally, like an employee is always unhappy or angry with his superiors, family problem, or when we experience delay in traffic jam, long wait in queue for bus or delayed or cancelled flight and there are many reasons which leads us in expressing and responding ourselves aggressively in any situation with anybody, but we cannot confront all the time, with any person or objects which annoys us or which makes us angry.
Take an example on our mouthshut.com itself what anger can do to our self, I came across two members comments, one friend of mine has kept his cool but has the habit of constantly putting others down by criticizing and his senseless comments, but he has kept his cool, we should learn something from him and other friend of mine who has erupted like volcano after reading his comment given on her review, for a moment I thought she would have definitely killed this friend of mine in enrage of anger if he would have said face to face the same thing verbally to her.
I had cut and paste their comments to show our emotional state when we are angry:

I have checked all your reviews on mouthshut and found that your reviews are fully based on movies.
Reviews on movies can be written by anyone & more o’er there a lots of reviews based on the same movies on mouthshut better than yours.
So reviews on movies doesnt grab much user attention as the movies go older & you know that movies is afterall not at all a good topic to write reviews because reviews on that can be written by anyone as it doesnt seems to be a strain work.So try to write something better than this on some other topic in future.Hope you write something better next time.

What the hell do you think of yourself you dog?Am I supposed to write a review to please you?Its my interest .Who the hell are you to give me suggestions? What is your position .I do not give a dam about you who are not even worth to be my housekeeper .*
Perhaps you are working there as servant of some Dubai Sheikh and not getting the time to watch the movie .So should I stop writing movie reviews just because a sh!t like you do not watch them .

You see this is how we react unknowingly when we are really angry.(Note: - Comments has not been altered)
And the best way to curb anger when you are really angry, is as follows:
1. Avoid the people or things that enrage you.
2. Relax breath deeply; if possible count 1 to 10 slowly.
3. Take Gods name imagine it, it definitely helps
4. If possible learn Yoga, which relaxes our muscles and makes us feel calmer.
5. If then to you are unable to control your anger. Take a pillow or buy punching bag and keep on hitting it till you are calm down.
6. Give yourself a break if your surrounding is causing any irritation.
7. Last but not the least if you believe in Astrology and Gem stones, Pearl helps a lot to curb your anger.
There are many techniques, and but these are my real life experiences, which I follow the above ones which has helped me a lot, specially taking Gods name and imagining it and wearing pearl. You can use them when you are in tense situation.
But the fact is we cannot overcome anger, bad things are bound to happen which will cause us anger and sometimes our anger is justified.
As Psychologist always say that certain amount of anger in necessary for human survival.
