Curd rice best part of Indian food

Indian food consists of variety of Regional foods so we can call it as unity in diversity in food also. Eating habit differs from region to region like north indians eat only rotis, chapatis and phulkas with curries. South Indian people prefers Rice and sambar, Rasam etc.


Curd rice is very good for health and we should make a habit of eating curd rice after eating sambar rice/pulav, or rotis chapatis. It cools the body and increases apitite. Eating Curd rice or eating thick curd after eating every thing in lunch or dinner is the best part of indian food habit.
