Don't Buy Anything From Faber India

My complaint is against the fraudulent activity of FABER INDIA SERVICE CENTRE named as “FABER CARE”. MY problem begins when I brought a FABER INDUCTION COOKER FIC BCS from INDIATIMES SHOPPING having a so called WARRANTY PERIOD of one year (Invoice No. R-21665 dated 19th April, 2013.).


After using it for very few days the FABER INDUCTION COOKER become completely dead. Then I lodge a complaint through their AFTER SALES SERVICE Toll Free No.- 1800 209 3484 on 1st week of JUNE, 2013 ( Complain No. 1305639903). The 1st mechanic they send could do nothing, after I phoned them repeatedly they send the 2nd mechanic.


Who also was completely in dark why the machine was not working! Then after I repeatedly phoned to their local customer care (033-24548951) & their Regional Manager Mr. Debasish (M: 09339772847) & they repeatedly told me that parts will be send from company head-office & they could not told me any definite timeline when the parts will come to them & after the parts will come they will repair my machine. In between one month had gone past.


At last they send another person who took the machine from my house on 6th July, 2013. After that I have repeatedly phoned them, i.e, the FABER CARE, Their Regional Manager Mr. Debasish, their regional service centre, but no one till date (i.e. today, 14th august, 2013) can give me a definite timeline that when I will get back my machine & they have no idea about where my Induction cooker is!


Now I am completely helpless. I have not enough time to go to the customer court.
