Ask for a tour of the club during the time you would tend to visit the club or at its business time.

2) Do all staff members have CPR training?
3) Are lockers available? Do they cost extra?
4) Does the club have a fully stocked first aid kit easily accessible by the staff?
5) What are the hours of the operation? Do they accomodate your schedule?
6) Is there adequate parking available if you need it?
7) Can membership fees be changed anytime?
8) What is the clubs guest policy?
9) Is childcare available if and at the times you would need it?

How to cancel a membership?
You must mail or deliver a written notice to the club saying you want to cancel. If you hand deliver the notice to the club, ask the health club employee to initial your copy of the notice, showing it was actually received, and have it dated.
