Dear Friends, Today I would like to share some useful tips regarding the Lovato Gas Kit. In present scenario we are using Gas kit due to increase the price of Diesel / Petrol. Some useful tips are as under:
Branded Gas Tank: Always keep in mind while to use Gas kit, the gas tank should be fitted in your boot. LPG is heavy gas and if the gas leak the provability of fire in the car will increase. Always use branded gas tank normally we use the tank capacity of 35 ltr & 45 ltr.
Source point of Gas Tank: The refilling point should not be near to the gas tank, it should be in front side of the vehicle. We use a pin type pressure valve than can take LPG / CNG nozzles.
Do not overfill gas tank: Always use the pressure gauge to measure the quantity of gas in the tank, do not overfill the gas tank which can be dangerous.
Switch of Chang over: It should be located near to driver so that he / she can operate easily and change over and deactivate the petrol fuel pump and stop the petrol supply to the engine.
Keep clean valves & use strong pipe: Always keep clean various valve in the gas tank & use only branded & strong gas pipe in the car.
