Hi. Nice to share some cool tips on CD RW with you all.! Hope this will be useful .
* Always use good quality compact discs . Don’t spoil your writer by using the cheaper quality cds.
* Clean your CD Rw lens atleast once in a month with the help of CD Lens cleaner.
* Never use CD Rw drive for reading ordinary cd’s .Instead use a different cd rom drive for the purpose.
* Use the soft button to close the tray and don’t push the tray inside directly. It may cause physical damage.
* If you are using the re-writable cd then clean its surface before using.(Never touch cd’s data side with hand)
* Don’t try to open the tray while cd writing is in progress.(When write-LED is blinking)
* While installing your new cd-rw make sure that its configured to work as Secondary master.
* If you are using RW in cd to cd mode select make sure to select test & copy option.
* Always use the recording software which is bundled with your hardware.
