Tips on maintaining BODY with glowing skin!!

Hello people!


I am going to share some of my favorite tips on body maintenance using kitchen ingredients. Do this and you will glowing body just like face!


Tip 1: Every day when you wake up, take a wooden body brush and rub it in opposite direction on your entire legs, hands.


Tip 2: Never take shower with ot water, use luke warm water.


Here you should use an extraordinary scrub to keep your body skin glowing always!


Making of scrub: Take a bowl, add required amount of finely ground coffee powder and add few drops of ALMOND OIL. Mix it properly until it forms like a paste.


How to use the scrub:


Use the scrub on the entire body before wetting your body. Once you are done scrubbing properly, wash off and use a very mild body cleanser to further clean your body as the scrub would remove the dirt and grim lying on your body and you don’t need to use a harsh soap or cleanser as it might strip away the almond oil from your body. Finally post bath, use a body moisturizer for extra hydration.

Coffee and almond oil Lightens and brightens your body skin


Coffee powder Kicks out the body odour


almond oil gives 24 hours hydration


Every day usage of this scrub, gives a very supple skin.


Note: If you do not have much time to use the scrub in the morning, do not forget to use it in the night before going to sleep which would give you unlimited benefits!


Finally, keep yourself hydrated entire day. Drink lots of water and avoid eating junk.
