Maintaining your body.

Our body should be our first priority.Nobody is going to do it for you.So it is one’s own duty to maintain it how you feel.Starting from hair it is very important to look after your hair you must wash it with good shampoos and should properly oiled it makes them stronger.Our teeth should be brushed everyday.Regarding teeth it is my advice that you change your toothbrush once every two months.Use good branded paste. Regarding your skin care take bath every day and use proper lotion it nurtures your skin and prevent you from skin infection.Have good habits of taking excerise in the morning all these helps your health to be well maintained.
