In this post I tell you a masterplan to be fit and cure you skin and hair. First of believe me your body is he greatest gift from god. Just admire it as much you can.


Wake up early and do sudarshan kriya. This I learnt in ART OF LIVING CAMP. Friend this is a process that open your entire body. You feel young and an awesome energy with high intensity flows from your body. This kriya is internationally accept and millions of people worldwide does this yogasan.


Next is runnin and jogging. If you are young do running on daily basis. And little older than jogging would be also enough.


Eat gealthy food and take proper suppliments. Eat dry fruits and banana. In non vegie then eat minimum 5 eggs a day.


For face use aloevera. Often termed as gawar patha in our country. And awesome aid for blackheada. It glows our skin. For hairs use proper oil. So that every hook and corner of your add gets proper proteins.


Rest you know your body needs.
