There is this Modular kitchen dealer in Nerul(Navi Mumbai). I found his add in the Navi mumbai times and approaced him for getting my modular kitchen done.
This guy is named Ratanlal and his shop’s name is "Uttam Modular Kitchen" located at Nerul, Near D -Mart, Sector-21.
I got the designs created from him and finalized the deal on April 17th 2011 and payed him initial amount of 21K so that he can start making shutters, cabinets etc. And after 2 weeks he demanded another 50K which I payed immediately.to avoid any delay in my work.
He had committed that by 3rd May 2011 entire kitchen work will be finished. He has not yet started the work at all till 1st June 2011.
Whenever I follow up with him I get to hear the same dialogue that ur work will start from tomorrow.
Sometimes he has an excuse tht masons are not available sometimes he says it amavasya so he cannot start work.or his mason is ill hence he is not starting work.
And untill the civil work is done of fixing tiles and a service platform, he will not start the modular kitchen work. I gave both the contracts civil and modular kitchen work to him.
I am having a tough time dealing with this man.
My suggestion to anyone reading this is that do not contact him for any kind of work. He is lethargic.always gives excuses.and I doubt his genuinity.
He has taken 70K all in all from me and not started the work.
Please do not fall in his trap. I repent paying such a big amount to him.
He has harrassed me so much and its so difficult to follow up with him because we are a working couple and hardly get any time.Please be carefull to avoid this kind of unpleasant experience that im having.
