I have spent 6 lakhs with Chilliez and have had the worst experience possible. To begin I started working with Mr. ParthaSarathi who told me he was the GM of Chilliez and after the deal was struck - he disappeared and after much probing I was told that he was a rogue agent selling Chilliez services. However, my good fortune is that I had given a cheque in the companys name and therefore he couldnt con me unlike some of the other victims whom he convinced to write cheques in his name or collected cash and disappeared.
However, that was the beginning of my woes. To begin with their measurements taken of my apartment were incorrect in one bedroom and resulted in getting wardrobes of a size that was not of the width that matched my bedroom walls. The color of one of the wardrobes is incorrect and replacing it has taken 3 months. Till now there is no solution in sight and till now my issues have not been resolved. I engaged them in April and its already August. Daily calls to Mr. Srinivas AO, Mr. Prasad, MD has called on deaf ears. Im totally fed up - right from the MD down keep cooking up stories and have done nothing to resolve my issues. Calls made are not answered or told that they would call in 5 mins but the calls are never returned.
The whole point of taking the services of a company that does modular furniture is that they execute quickly. Any half minded carpenter would have completed the house by now and handed over. The mental agony and torture by Chilliez and their stooges has become a big nuisance. My house is still incomplete and my moving in has been delayed by 2 months due to their inefficiency.
I would STRONGLY recommend not using Chilliez at all.
