Oren has been a very unprofessional company. They take the money in advance for the goods and services they offer and do a very shabby job. The company management has no mechanism to take feedback for the work completed or help desk number to register complaints. I have also burnt my hands with Oren. I was being serviced by one Mr. Dipesh Gala from R-Mall, Thane branch of Oren.
Till the order was give and payments made. every thing was rosy. But everything else has been a pain. Dipesh is a unprofessional and I am not sure how Oren is going the survive in Thane, if they trust resources like him to run the business.
ALL the calls made to him are never answered and the local office never knows where he is. Please avoid Oren and better it either get your Modular kitchen from sleek or a local carpenter. In case of local carpenter, at least payments are made after the job is completed to your satisfaction .
