The Kitchen World in Pune belongs to one Mayur Gaikwad. He is a very smooth talker and convinces customers to deal with him. However, once the deal is done, he fails to deliver what he promised. My kitchen cabinet was supposed to be ready & installed in 10 days’ time.
In reality it took almost 2 months. We had reached the stage of filing a complaint against Mayur Gaikwad then he finally delivered. He didn’t answer any of our calls during this time and caused us a lot of grief. Do not deal with The Kitchen World.
