Veneta Cucine in India is quite over priced - around two times the cost of other Italian modular kitchens in the market. While Veneta Cucine quoted~11L for the kitchen, others(Gilma Spagnol and Lube Italian Kitchen) quoted between 4-5 L for the same kitchen. While the material used are not exactly same, I would still guess the comparative value will not be more than 6L.
What more: Veneta Cucine charge up-front 10K for their designs while other give their design and quote for free. They do not have experts to design - so I had to give them the design and ask for a quote. So finally I landed up paying 10K for getting a cost estimate for my design.
The real advantage of Veneta Cucine is that they offer 35 years guarantee for their kitchen, but:
Do you really need a kitchen which lasts 35 years? Are your requirements going to be the same for that long? Will this result in living with the same old kitchen for 35 years?
is 2x price really worth it?
Veneta Cucine is 15 year old company in India(CC India). How trust worthy is their 35 year guarantee?
Considering these, I decided against Veneta Cucine.
