Rating->1 star( seriously, had there been a lower option, I would have gone for it). Im one of those who just checks out the reviews and tries the particular place, the food, without ever writing one. Kudos to Sus Kitchen, for giving me a variety of reasons to pen this down:
I was just hoping to find a tiffin service which is not monotonous, is hygienic, and filling. This was how I stumbled upon Sus Kitchen.
-Delivery schedule for starters- very unreliable, tiffin not delivered on a couple of occasions, to the excuse that it might have been taken by someone else.
-Drunk delivery personnel->ladies be warned
-Food quality started really good, but dipped immensely as time progressed. Half cooked chapatis, sticky rice, and dal that literally coagulated on a few occasions, hair in the chicken gravy once, stones in dal, and rice on multiple occasions.
-Quantity- Many wont find this tiffin economical, but considering the taste I opted for it. Now let me tell you what happens with 1500 bucks a month, 22 tiffins, which is numbered by them through an automated system. Pretty inaccurate, considering they take a lot of holidays in between. 2 chapatis, sometimes either or both might be missing. 1 bowl rice, which might be missing totally on occasions. The reply, "sorry, just 1 chapati today, please make do"
A person paying 70 rupees per tiffin expects the meal to be filling at least.
-Now the service.Pesky manager, who shouts at customers( read female customers), upon asking him to improve the quality of the food. Direct quote from his mouth, " No one is forcing you to eat the food. I dont have to listen to this sh* t."
I think the last bit pretty well sums up my Sus Kitchen experience. So people, read well before you go for Sus.
