Hey guys, l am a fitness freak and I am gonna give you some tips on obesity. In Todays time obesity is the most common problem. It causes due to overeating, no physical activity and also from hormonal changes. It can cause many heart related and liver related problem in future. For being in shape you have make some changes in your diet, start your day with drinking warm lemon water. Add high fiber foods like vegetables, fruits and nuts, eat protein rich foods like fish, chicken, eggs, ect in your daily meals. Reduce sugar, junk foods, saturated fat foods from your diet. And you have to also start doing some daily activities to burn your body fat like cardio, weight lifting exercises. You have to be consistent about it.
