Reduce obesity and stay fit

Obesity one of the common problem now a days . I have few tips for. Some tips are as follow:


1) Drink every morning hot water in empty stomach


dring at least 3-4 glass of water, I know in starting it difficult but you can start with 1 glass the increast the amount.


2) Do not drink water after eating the food. Drink hot water or coffee or tea after 1hr of meal.


3) you can take good quality green tea once or twice a day you see a result .


4) this home remdi you mix 1 teaspoon of honey and mix same amount of lemon on lukewarm water and drink every morning in the empty stomach take daily and see the results.


You can choose any of mothod which you can do easily . Along with this method you can also do gym ing, cycling etc.
