Obesity in todays world is the biggest disease spreading like an epidemic amongst us. Obesity is the cause of many more dis ease in a body.
The reason behind obesity is our bad habits of eating, irregular schedule, work overload and irregular exercises. Obesity starts with indigestion. It shows many symptoms of obesity at early stage also but one who doesnt understand and doesnt start exercising to keep their body fit, ends with a fat or overweight body.
The one and foremost reason of obesity which I hv found till date is our irregular habits of exercises. The one who is suffering with obesity, finds gym as the easiest method of reducing fat. But I tell you it is the starting of a fat body. When we start gyming we do it with enthusiasm and yes it is very easy to get in shape with gyming and strict dieting. But in the end, when we see ourselves fit, we somehow start skipping exercise and the laziness overcomes our habit of exercising again. Which further leads to a far more fat and overweight body as it is easy to leave exercises but it is very hard to skip our meal too and keep control on our diet as well.
As our elders say a clean stomach means a healthy body and a heavy stomach means a diseased body. The obesity further causes many other diseases like anxiety, excess anger, high blood pressure and diabetes etc. Getting fat is seriously very easy but to overcome obesity is very tough. So guys if you are even a bit more fat than normal start exercising and eating healthy.
