First we should what obesity is.Obesity : It is a condition in which a person is overweighted and has a high degree of body fat. Obesity can lead to various diseases like diabetes, heart attack, stroke etc.To be safe and losse weight we should follow some home remedies to be slim and fit .1. GREEN TEA- it has been found most helpful in reducing the fats without of using much efforts and muscle power. Just use the best quality of green tea leaves in boiling water and let it simmer or settle for 1 min.Have this tea 2-3 times a day for effective result.2.HONEY - As compare go sugar honey is sweetest thing in the world but yet it help in reducing fats. Add one tsp of honey in 1 glass of hot water and then add a tsp of lemon juice to the solution.And just drink this every morning with a empty stomach.You will see differences 2-3 months.3.HOT WATER - If you are a person who drinks alot of water then just replace it with hot water as it will eliminates the fat deposit in your body.You should drink hot water after meal.but remember not to drink just after the meal. do it after 30 min .4. AVOID JUNK - junk foods contains a lot alot of calories which will increases your weight. Instead of junk eat home made food made up of less oils and must add green vegetables to your diet to get a perfect fat free body.5. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR - before going to bed just take 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar daily it will burn out the body fats effectively while you are sleeping.So guys keep in mind all these points and I am sure you will get slim and fit body .
